NSO Access cards no longer valid
Action by the 2013 NSO RA ended the contract for the Access card effective Sept. 30, 2014. The card provided discounts on travel, hotels, and purchases at various businesses. Some NSO members expressed concern that Access works with companies that are not pro-union.
The issue was originally brought as a New Business Item to the 2013 RA where it was approved.
The National Staff Organization (NSO) is the world’s largest union of union staff across the country. Through the efforts of hundreds of staff leaders, NSO has grown from 35 members in a handful of states in 1969, to more than 4,000 members from 89 affiliates in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Today, NSO has more than 2,300 full-time and 100 part-time members.
