United Staff
Union - Wisconsin
- The United Staff Union of the Wisconsin
Education Association has posted its Web page. In addition to information about
their union, USU has information about meetings, calendar, bargaining updates,
officers and stewards, elections, copies of its "Union Bug" newsletter,
important documents, and its bylaws and policies.
CORE of OEA
- The Coalition of Retired Employees of the Ohio Education Association ("CORE")
has launched a website devoted to its struggle against the Ohio Education
Association's recent action to terminate health and drug benefits for all
retirees after age 65. The site has information about its lawsuit, contract
language, activities, and how to make donations.
www.neaso.org
- The National Education Association Staff Organization (NEASO) has launched its
Website. While still under construction, it has valuable information about the
union and its structure.
TEMPO,
the staff union for Education Minnesota has opened its Website to the public,
though most of its pages are restricted to TEMPO members. Webmeister Bruce
Pappas says the union plans to open up several pages in the near future. TEMPO's
page includes the latest news, upcoming events, negotiations, and information
about TEMPO.
United
Staff Association/NSO (New Jersey) - The United Staff Association (USA)
is a membership organization of over 200 professional and associate staff
members of the New Jersey Education Association. "Our mission is to strengthen
and support our members' professional, personal, economic, and advocacy needs.
Further, we believe that all USA members are highly valued professionals and are
guaranteed their human, economic, and civil rights.
Maine
Education Association Staff Organization
- Serving 25,000 Maine Education Association members, the 38 members Maine
Education Association Staff Organization have posted their own Website. The site
lists its officers and executive committee, where staff are located, an events
calendar and links to appropriate sites. The Web page is geared for its own
members and requires ID and password for access to protected areas. October 15,

California
Associate Staff - Incorporated in 1971,
CAS represents associate staff employed by the California Teachers Association.
It includes information about CAS, its board and committees, calendar,
appropriate documents, newsletters, links, and e-mail contacts. The site also
has a gallery of members, how members can contact their representatives, a link
to the California Teachers Association's job postings, and notes from the
union's attendance at the NSO Representative Assembly. October 9, 2002
National
Black Staff Organization The NBSN Web
site has news, a forum, minutes, structure and state contacts for its members
and the general public (August 2002). The page also has highlights of its 18th
Annual Conference and details about its coming conference in Washington, D.C.

Staff Organization The Tennessee Staff Organization (TSO) has launched its
Web page in May, 2002. It has information about governance, union members,

Czarnecki's Labor Education Links -
This site has links to documents and other Web pages with information about
"labor education." It includes such topics as "Arbitration/Mediation,"
"Organizing," "Women's Issues," and a host of other topics. September 20, 2001
How to Organize a Union (by the IWW.org) - This site offers "numerous
resources" about how to start an organizing campaign, employee rights and
organizing tactics. It is supported by the Industrial Workers of the World

Georgia
Staff Organization - The Georgia Staff
Organization has posted a new Web page which features information about the
union, grievance processing, its officers and executive committee, pictures from
various NSO functions, and a calendar (under development). August 20, 2001
ORG - The Organizing Resource Group This newly launched Web site is posted
by the Organizing Research Group made up of NSO members who believe "Organizing
is the heart of a healthy union." I has information about organizing efforts
around the country and posts a newsletter. The page became active in early
December 2000.
WEASO Web Site Web page of Washington Education Association Staff
Organization. It includes copies of its newsletters, union links and information
about the Washington state AEA.
Pennsylvania
State Education Association-Staff Organization
PSEASO has re-activated its Web site as of April 22, 2003.
California Staff Organization The California Staff Organization has a new
Web page with a wealth of information and hosts of links to labor, education,
and organizational sites. Well worth exploring!
Harvard Trade Union Program This is the 6 week intensive course on major
aspects of trade unionism. NSO maintains three seats in the program.
Ohio
Professional Staff Union This page went up and running on July 13, 2000.
Retirement Links
A host of Web pages reside on the Internet that provide useful information
about pensions and other retirement issues. From the NSO Pension Committee's
"Pension Trustee Seminar" in June, 2000, came a number of Web site resources.

As you would expect, there are huge numbers of labor organizations that have
